Our I&C team specializes in industrial process automation and controls for both small and big facilities, contributing to our multi-disciplinary engineering services. This covers creating and implementing control strategies utilizing a Distributed Control System (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers. We work with control systems and communication protocols for a wide range of process technologies. These vary from utility systems to new integrated processes.

Majestic Technologies updated an early design for a plant-wide control network. This entailed developing a novel remote IO system with centralized controllers.

The updated control system hardware was created using a star network. It also addressed the key redundancy requirements for two separate routing paths.

Using pre-planned fiber panels, the home runs were efficiently routed, saving many kilometers of fiber optic cable.
